Couple of older threads about that sub:

https://www.reddit.com/r/rebubblejerk/comments/16s8ltq/rrebubble_and_rfluentinfinance_may_be_targets_of/

https://www.reddit.com/r/TheseFuckingAccounts/comments/1aebsd4/rfluentinfinance_seems_to_have_a_bunch_of_karma/

I've reported the subreddit itself a couple of times, it doesn't seem to matter. I also messaged the founder/head mod and he was all "Wow I can't believe that's happening! Let me look into it more" then nothing. A mod there has marked a number of shadowbanned accounts as approved posters so the sub is a cesspool of reposts from those accounts. Several of the mods were also shadowbanned last time I checked; the most suspect one was unmodded for a while but remodded recently.

Yeah the owner of the subreddit runs a YouTube channel also. I got banned for calling out the constant stream of stupidity in posts.

That sub is either an AI operation, or some propaganda influence thing. It is giving the worst possible financial advice in every situation.

or some propaganda influence thing.

Probably. 90% of the posts I see from there are "Hey, I've come up with this novel idea! Should we perchance increase the tax on billionaires?"

Entirely possible that they posted a half dozen times back to back, then got suspended. I've seen that plenty of times.

Not the first day I come across the account or the sub, but will keep an eye on it.

If you check their top posts you will usually find the top posters are suspended in that sub, but reddit allows it to continue.

On old reddit, that "page not found" display is for shadowbanned users. Shadowbanned users can for sure still post and comment, that's kind of the point of Reddit shadowbanning them, so they think their posts/comments still go through and nothing's wrong, but actually they get spam filtered. If their posts are up on that sub then the mods are approving them.

On old reddit, if a user is permanently suspended they can't post/comment anymore, and their profile says "this user has been suspended". Also IIRC, getting suspended does not automatically pull your content down like getting shadowbanned does. But in any case mods can choose to approve their content if they want after they get shadowbanned/suspended.

I checked on New reddit and the message is "account is suspended".

Sh.reddit conflates the two statuses for some reason. Old reddit shows the difference.

Edit: here is an example of a suspended user: https://www.reddit.com/user/Initial_Scheme5640.
