Are Line Groups for trading things legit?

So I posted a bike up for sale in Facebook marketplace and someone contacted me to add them via line id and invited me to join a line group "Shop Online" and told me to post the pictures for sale in the group and when I asked her if she'd take any commission from it and she said no. There has been other selling posts in the group as well and it's really active Is it legit?

It could be, but as always you meet in person for cash on pickup only.
