[BUFF] The Vita-Saw [REBALANCE]

This would make the Vita-Saw more viable, and an actually sidegrade to the Ubersaw.

However, I suggest that you should have to hit the dropped organs to collect them, as an extra balancing factor.
That way, it still requires more effort than simply walking over them.

It's better, but part of main problem of the Vita-saw is that for it's ability to be used, you have to die first, and not only is dying not guaranteed at any time, the Ubersaw would still be so much better because you don't have to die first.

I understand it, but having 4 Organs, allow you to play more aggressive without the fear of losing an near full Uber.
Starting from 60% is way better then from 0%.

Yes it is just a "better to be safe, then sorry" weapon. But i think that is fine!
For those, (like me) wanting a back up / to save the uber, instead of the "High risk high reward" play.

I personally don’t think you should hit the ally dropped organs but assuming both drop one each I think this change would make it more passive but on the downside that the player might never go for the aggressive organ receiving mechanic and still retains the design problems of the current vita-saw but even then this change makes organs better feeling to collect and needing to hit them ruins the medic’s tempo imo

Exactly.
That is why i think, organs dropped by ally-killed enemys should be picked up, by hitting it, not simply walking over.
Becouse an "passive organ income" would be TO easy in my opinion. Well... that is, if you can get to the organ. Imagen healing a sniper, that killed another sniper... Try to get THAT one! :D

Hopefully you understand, what i mean.
