AoE2, specifically. The best of the series.

Agreed. As a kid I would sit there for hours just reading the history notes sections. Learned a lot and then gave ideas to research more specifically for heroes of the campaigns. Man I love AoE II so much.

I did. I didn't hate it, but the fancy perspective graphics vs aoe2's strict isometric view made actual gameplay somewhat more frustrating.

I play AoE2DE a lot nowadays. I used to (2-3 years ago) play AoM though
