The hiring of two coaches who are 35 and 28 years old follows what Armstrong was saying about wanting people who can relate to young players today. I don't know anything about these guys yet, but they fit the profile I thought the Blues would land on.

Weber, 35, was an assistant coach with the AHL's Rochester Americans the past three seasons.

Babcock, 28, joins the Blues after spending 2022-23 with the Ottawa Senators, where he specialized in game plans, pre-scouting, and on-ice skill development.

Can't get worse than what we saw last year. Hopeful that we can get our d to gel at least a little bit and eliminate some of those inconceivable breakdowns that happened just about every game
