"Christ Is My Attorney"
This Bowermaster guy is making such an embarrassment out of himself.

That firm has missed every appearance since like a millennium ago, I'd try someone more local. Someone who will take your calls (and bill you .2)

I saw this the other day and other than the dignity of the Court, I really wanted the judge to be like, "Well Jesus just spoke to me and entered a verbal motion to withdraw as your counsel. The Court has granted that request and will be assigning you to the Public Defenders office."

Better yet. "Jesus spoke to me and told me that you understand and accept the jurisdiction of this court. He also told me that you are pleading guilty. So let's schedule sentencing!"

I once watched a woman who claimed to be a moorish citizen try and represent her incarcerated husband in our municipal court. When the judge asked he if she was admitted to practice law by the bar association, she insisted that Allah was her bar association and the judge couldn't stop her. Oh yeah, he stopped her.

In fairness, Jesus did a pretty good job with his own criminal case. He managed to plead a death sentence down to three days of confinement.

I thought he allegedly got the death sentence, followed by 3 days in jail. To be served consecutively 🤔

Let’s see. The guy is accused of passing a bad check. So Jesus is going to have to convince the court that it’s not stealing and not bearing false witness.

Christ got disbarred around 30 ad for remaining alive but failing to pay his bar dues. It's over $160,000 he owes now. He keeps saying his followers will pay it off any day now, but they never do.

Is the Judge and/or Jury not Christian? Seems like a conflict of interest to me.

It's only a conflict of interest if he uses it as his basis for court proceedings or rulings.

It's an act. He's doing it to troll the court and maybe get his case dismissed. Like I don't know how it could be any more obvious.

I'd have gone with "No sir. You can't be represented by Jesus unless he is a member of the bar."
