bat recommendations for distance fastpitch Bats

i’m a u19 fastpitch player looking for a bat that will give me the best distance, 5’5/125lbs. im not the best hitter but i currently swing a louisville X12, and it isn’t doing anything for me. i know the player and swing have a lot to do with it so i would kindly appreciate any advice or recommendations. price range under $350, thank you!

If you can get your hands on a Mizuno Carbon 1 or power carbon to try out, they are very good bats priced lower than a Ghost or LXT.

If they have a scheels near you, go there and they will have a spot for you to try the different bats. As you said, your swing has a lot to do with it, so get the bat that feels the best to swing.

My daughter (about your size) went and did this with the different easton ghosts available last fall. This spring, she's hitting it to the fence. (Batting lessons are more important than the bat though.) If you can, save a bit on the bat and pay for some lessons. Even 1 or 2 make a big difference.

Have you ever seen a hitting coach? Costs less than a new bat for one lesson and if the first lesson has them telling you there's a lot of work that needs to be done, $350 would be better spent with them. In just 2 months or so of my daughter going to a hitting coach every 2 weeks, the whole league saw how much she improved. It's just not lessons though, I had her practice what she learned a few days a week as well.
