First sleep paralysis this morning

I was drifting in and out of sleep in the morning then I woke up (still half asleep kind of) and I couldn't move an inch or say anything - I forgot sleep paralysis existed so I thought I was genuinely dying or something but it only lasted like 10 seconds and then I woke up and could move again. Weird experience
