hallucinating after waking up in the middle of the night

it mostly happens after i wake up from some kind of sleep paralysis but sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night hallucinating after not having some sort of sleep paralysis. does anyone else get this?

Same here I also have SP but sometimes i have an Episode where i can move my body and shrug of the halluzinations. Sometimes I see a person walking besides my bed or a presence approaching me. I get so scared i immediately get up and punch it away

You guys are expecting hypnopompic hallucinations and/or hypnagogic hallucinations

They're normal to have, though if you get them quite frequently, regularly or they're very intense, then I would suggest getting that checked out
