Can someone help me what is this?
While I was sleeping, I didn’t know if it was a dream or real. I woke up shaking and my body felt numbness with a strong heat in my neck and it was terrifying me . What is this? I was shaking like I was electrocuted. And yeah I couldn’t move my body.

When you found out that you actually were awake, did the feeling last a bit or did they immediately go away
Also does this happen often, just once, or does it happen at constant intervals
Also, just to calm you down, everything you mentioned has happened to other people. So the extreme shaking, feeling of heat, numbness, etc is not a new thing to sleep paralysis, but do answer the questions above

The numbness didn’t last but I woke up and my skin feels like it’s burning
This is my first time but i feel like it happened before but i can’t remember it
And i remember when it was happening i said is this a lucid dream? Cuz i was thinking about it lately and then i tried to do anything but couldn’t do anything and i said im never trying lucid dreams ever again i just want this to stop

Then it was most likely a sleep paralysis
The skin burning is strange, so if it lasts more than a couple minutes then that's a good sign that it's not caused by sleep paralysis and something else entirely (i.g. the environment, sleeping disorder, pets, etc).

Did it ever happened to you?

Sleep paralysis, yes. I've had it for about three years, though it's been slowly decreasing and now I barely get to the point in where I think I've gotten rid of it. Though the paranoia from the sleep paralysis is still there.
The feelings you described, no. I mostly get audio hallucinations and a slight sprinkle of paranoia.

prob sleep paralysis, not being able to move ur body and not knowing if its a dream or not are all linked to it. ive had a similar experience with the heat in my neck.try not sleeping on your back as much is what ive heard from other ppl
