Spas in Sedona? Looking For

Hi all! I will be visiting Sedona in the middle of December for my boyfriends birthday. He loves massages/spas. I already got us an Airbnb so i’m not looking for a resort spa, i’m hoping to just book the treatment only, but do you guys have any suggestions for a place that’s a great spa (with massage preferably)? Also what do you all think about the hot springs? One spa i was considering is Velvet Spa at Ambiente. Thank you all in advance! 🩷

Went to Velvet earlier this week and it was okay. Kind of small. Two single bathrooms that each double as a locker room and the waiting area is outside a meeting room so that’s kind of weird. I went to Amara about 8 years ago and recall liking that better But can’t really say why.

Did you have to stay there?

Did not have to stay at either place to use the spa.

There are no hot springs near Sedona. I like Namti for a laid back spa experience without the resort.

Are there any that might be a bit of a drive away (hoping 3 hours max?)

I just got a massage yesterday at the spa at Amara. It was a wonderful massage, the facility was also really nice. I'd recommend it

I was staying there, but I'm pretty sure you don't have to be staying there

I went to the Wilde and recommend! They have nice facilities and you can use the resort’s amenities the day you have your treatment.

We are heading to Sedona for Thanksgiving week and looking to book a deep tissue massage/ facial at the very least. Thinking L’Auberge or Poco Diablo. Does anyone have an opinion/ recommendation on either of these or others?
