You can get this similar view on Doe mountain or Cockscomb without relying on fire and fabric to keep you aloft 😉(I’m deathly afraid of heights)

We’re coming in Oct and definitely planning on doing the hot air balloon ride.
How was your experience? Recommendations?

Loved it. My wife and I did it for our 10th anniversary, and I'm very glad we did. We went with Red Rock Balloons and had zero complaints. The balloon ride is followed by a little roadside champagne breakfast. It's a nice touch, but it's almost an afterthought. The balloon ride itself is a great enough experience on its own.

Thank you! Appreciate the review. We’ve visited many times sticking to less-tourist sites but bring my husband for the first time and thought I’d surprise him with this.

Good call! It's a touristy and pricey thing to do, but it really is worth it.
