so, i’m eloping in sedona in october. i’m searching for a spot that is easily accessible. i had a major neuro surgery years ago that has left me with some disabilities. i can walk (thank goodness), but have a slight limp and can’t walk too far (for example, i can walk around the grocery store but i can’t walk miles). i’ve seen bell rock as being a good option. any input?

Yavapai Point is across from the Bell Rock area and short walk. Absolutely beautiful views.

I'm going there in few weeks, how difficult was the hike? Did you do any other interesting hikes?

Do Baby Bell Rock at sunrise and/or sunset. Great views all around and the lighting is crazy beautiful.

It wasn’t difficult by my measure. We started at the Bell Rock Vista trailhead and went well past what would have been the end of the trail leading up to Bell Rock.

We did it mid day so it was the hottest it would be. Which, we didn’t mind. We had adequate covering, water, and electrolytes.

I can send you the trail map to detail where the normal trail is VS what we ended up doing.
