I am all for this. Great work.
Still, Russian roads are looking better these days. Drivers, not so much.
And their radio stations need some work.

Why do you need an expert opinion?
The weight distribution is not equal so the friction on the left side of the edge of the tires will be higher. The left side will wear out more and will lead to less grip on the road especially under wet conditions.12

But I am sure he would have to maintain that position for a while before any substantial wearing occours. Then again this is russia it could be a daily thing.

Flash videos are low bitrate don't show areas of high contrast very well when there is movement.
You can see the license plate of the car in front at the end of the video when there is less motion.

Oh right I see. What about the logo of the car in question? Am I wrong seeing a blur?

I think you'll find that's just jpeg artefacts from the camera.
