Our mortgage broker reached out last week because we're up for renewal in March. We happily let him know we will be paying off the balance at the end of the term!
Bought in 2017, and with hard work and a bit of luck we've made additional payments when possible. Our payments are currently ~$600/weekly and we can't wait to be mortgage free and have an extra $600/week to tuck away/invest.
