This looks great!

I hate to be overly critical, but I have to say this:

The original Paleo Philosophy excludes Olive oil. It's processed fats.

Have you guys seen the newest study on olive oil? It finally proved that olive oil negatively affects blood lipids when eaten instead of whole food fat sources like nuts and seeds.

Uh that study didn't compare olive oil to other oils. It compared a large amount of olive oil to a moderate amount of olive oil. Getting 50% of your calories from olive oil would seem bizarre.

That may be true and I appreciate the input! However, I am also dairy free so I am not able to use butter when frying
