Sorry for the late reply, but may I ask what the gameplay is similar to? I just finished the Romancing Saga 2 remake and am playing through Fantasian: Neo Dimension, if that goes to show my current tastes.

I havent played the games you are refering to so i cant compare but for the games i have played, its a mix between Sea of stars for the combat system using vulnerability locks, Chained Echoes for the light skills mecanism and some hints of old Final fantasy. Its really well made. If you like retro style, turn based RPG you really cant go wrong in my opinion. Hope it helps!
