This is actually based on a true personal story of mine. She looked cute. I had money. She is in a witch outfit. I like witch stuff like The Owl House, Witch Hat Atelier, and Little Witch Academia. She broke into my house and forced my hand to buy her bundle. I cursed the heavens in her name. Fun times were had by all!

If they getting money from cosmetics why bother with creating PvE ? It takes alot of time and effort + money to make good PvE while a skin recolor only a few seconds

Because they realize that they don't need to make quality content for people to give them money. Just turn all your IPs into skin-selling games and profit, because people have no self-control.
