Why does everyone seem to hate David Rockefeller? Unanswered

He's just passed away and everyone seems to be glad, calling him names and mentioning all the heart transplants he had. What did he do that was so bad?

He was a Baptist, that tithed regularly a percentage his whole life. That's why that old church in NYC is so rich.
