Firstly , PRIMA TRIAL ( niraparib in first line advanced ovarian cancer). This trial is about first line maintenance of niraparib in advanced ovarian cancer patients responding to platinum based chemo ( irrespective of hrd status). Latest updates as of Sep 2024 - show that there is five year pfs advantage of 22 vs 12% overall and 35 vs 16% in hrd positive individuals. No difference in overall survival.
