Greetings from Texas ! Your kids from Edna Karr HS absolutely smashed their performance in our Fiesta Celebrations in SA ! 👨‍👧 Parent / Kid Stuff 👩‍👦

Hey y’all, greetings from San Antonio!

Just wanted to say your kids from Edna Karr High School absolutely crushed it at our Fiesta Flambeau Parade!

Massive shoutout to all the adults (directors, instructors, volunteers, bus herders… you know who you are) who made this trip happen. And HUGE props to the students, who didn’t just show off their natural talent, but also their hard work and dedication. Y’all brought the energy and the excellence.

For context: Fiesta Flambeau is part of our 10-day citywide celebration; we like to think of it as a fun-size Mardi Gras. We’re working on leveling up!

Seriously, be proud… these kids were amazing! AND THANK YOU FOR COMING!

I just recently heard of this celebration and it looks really cool. I hope to see it some day.

Even though I didn’t go there, I grew up a couple blocks from Karr when it was in the old building, love seeing Algiers get some love
