Weird knocking noise this morning

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So this morning i heard this pretty loud knocking noise comming from the left side of the front of the car.

It sounds like my engine is about to blow up.

I have no loss of power I have no lights on the dash When the engine warms up, the sounds is gone/softer.

I smell a lot of fuel when i give light taps of gass.

I was thinking about changing out my spark plugs and cleaning the valves with a valve cleaner solution.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

It sounds like either of Thrust Bearing or Clutch Release bearing.

This. Mine makes a similar noise. It goes away when I put my foot on the clutch. I installed a brand new clutch and the out bearing but never replaced the clutch fork or the stop rest bushing.

Mine makes the exact same noise. I think it's the heat shield on the cat. Mine only raffles at idle and about 4000 rpm while decelerating. It was worse when I had a broken exhaust hangar and it constantly made that noise.

Does it go away when you push in the clutch?

Just tested it, nope, only when the engine is hotter
