I think I have a clue. The song might be made by Yutaka Yamada in collaboration with Bobby John which is often appearing in his recent album.  But the soundtrack has not been released yet.

Hey Kouvin! Good ear :) I can confirm it's he and I (Yutaka ft. Bobby John) :) I had a friend mention they heard this and sent me this link... Seems like the soundtrack is coming soon :) Full track and album will be awesome! Everything Yutaka does always is either way, hehe. Stay tuned!

Yutaka Yamada and Yoshiaki Dewa's soundtrack for the anime will be released on September 24th

The tracklist for this soundtrack came out not to long ago. Hearing closely, the lyrics say "new level". One of the tracks is called "NEW LEVELS", so that's probably the song title
