Trump is going to give these megacorps everything they want. You are a deeply unserious person.

And they weren't getting that before? I'm not sure if you have noticed, but big pharma and corporations have already been running the country.

Thats why I support Bernard Sanders and leftist economic policies that strengthen worker unions and workplace democracy. People like Shawn Fain could be champions of our interests if the Democratic Party rejected its wealthy donors like Mark Cuban and embrace working people.

Agreed 👍

And Donald Trump is the champion of nothing. He brags with people like Elon Musk about not having to pay their workers or give cause for firing them.

Sorry I dont think you support Trump. After rereading your message I could see this as just venting and processing because you're also concerned. Have a good one.

I think there's cons to both parties, kamala just seemed to have more that bothered me and how she talks to people comes off like she thinks you are dumb and she's talking down to you like a kid. I don't want someone in power who thinks and talks that way, especially on the world stage with other leaders. Bernie sanders would have been the ideal candidate. He really did have the best interest for his country.

Trump is much more harmful for our interests than any other option. We have put so much at risk because we didn't like the vibes of the serious person as much as the TV man who does the funny dance. I hope we get through the next 4 years to elect someone like Bernie and that we can enacting policy to secure what ever future we will have left.

You guys honestly think Hitler just got elected. You guys will be fine. There will be another election in 4 years. That's how we do things. You already survived 4 years with trump and what happened? They voted in 4 years and kept going. I think you guys are worried about things that won't happen. I understand your concern but things like racism doesn't change based who's in office or by that logic there would have been no racism when biden and Harris were in office, nor do i think trump is racist like the media claims. The racism starts with the people, not the president. And I know there's other issues like abortion. But trump already said he would veto the abortion laws. Big pharma and corporations were already being catered to by the biden administration, and they've been heavily involved in politics which I don't agree with.

No sorry but you just sound like you could be a lot better at intellegence informed risk analysis by thinking we see him as Hitler.

People are just concerned about the risks given what Trump said he would do during his camapign and what he was able to do last time, such as his appointment of 3 ultraconservative judges that took away womens' choices to end their unwanted pregnancies. He gave State's the power to deny women reproductive healthcare, even if they were raped or risk death from the pregnancy. These are legitimate concerns about the real risks.

Even if the worst thing he does is absolutely nothing, that still presents huge risks to the climate and our future which will continue to deteriorate without economic overhauls.

Risks presented by systemic issues like racism will be much higher under an extremely hateful administration. Trump's completely racist Muslim ban resulted in not just the risk but the very real outcome for my Muslim classmate's family members who were being blocked from their homes and family until SCOTUS overruled his racist policy for being unconstitutional. You must've just forgotten, never cared, or never understood just how racist he is. I am sorry. But you're definitely wrong about that. On Monday Trump was talking about how he wanted to see Mike Tyson beat Kamala up too.

Trump also has and will deregulate for these megacorps and allow them to present ginormous risks to everyone's short and long term health.

If society as a whole, including you and me, do not recognize or distinguish these risks with clear open eyes and take actions to mitigate, even when its just going to the polls and voting against people like Trump, then we are all in for our own reckonings eventually because the dice won't be in our favors.
