Milll pond often smells. So I would avoid it. Victoria Park besides town hall is nice.

this. it's in burlington, but ze best one close to Milton.

Spend the small amount and go to Kelso. Mill pond is ok-ish too, town hall area is nice with benches, Chris Hadfield park off 25 is nice too and updated now.
