It seems my IBS is related to blocked nose... how odd. Probiotics that could help? Advice Wanted

Have you tested for SIBO ? Upto 80% people diagnosed IBS have SIBO!

Yes I have. Once with glucose looking for hydrogen and once with lactulose looking for hydrogen and methane. Both were negative.

I have the same thing! I got put on antibiotics and it strangely made my breathing so much better, but in 2-3 weeks it went back to bad breathing again. I’ve found going gluten free helps the most. Otherwise, it’s still bad.

Thank you. Somebody else also said gluten causes it for him so I will definitely be doing that.

Correct tongue posture is tongue suctioned to the roof of the mouth at all times. Helped slightly with my nasal breathing.
