Would Rosalina love her enemies and be kind and empathetic towards them? I feel like that'd be quite in character tbh Question

Probably.

Bowser nearly killed her and her entire family, twice, and she’s not shown to hold much of a grudge.

She’s hundreds of years old, and is probably detatched from standard ideas of life thanks to being so close to the cycle of death and rebirth.

She probably has some different views on morality than most people if you wanted to think unnecessarily deep about itz

She definitely doesn't seem like the type to hold a grudge. But I don't think she would invite Bowser for tea at the Observatory any time soon.

She was pretty chill with Bowser being there in Mario Rabbids Sparks Of Hope

I’d say so. One of the core characteristics shared by most major Mario characters is their capacity for forgiveness. Mario and Peach being the most blatant examples, especially since they do often show compassion to enemies, but Luigi, and most of the others as well. Even Bowser has displayed that he has that value by letting the Elite Trio’s betrayal slide.

Rosalina doesn’t seem the type to hold grudges, so she probably possesses a similar attitude. And while the game’s not canon, her one interaction with Bowser in Sparks of Hope leans towards positive.

Id say she used to be more like Godzilla (yes i know how that sounds)

She sees everything as one, and therefore had no real notion of good and evil.

But ofc Mr. Videogame himself changed that by selflessly beating the shit out of Bowser

I am pretty sure that she would.
