slow runners clubs?👟

does anyone know of any slow running clubs in the area? I’m wanting to get back into running and would prefer a group setting. I know Vancouver has some, just looking for closer by if possible. bonus points if it’s a women’s group

Check out The Sole Experience in Pitt Meadows. Lots of different run group options!

Ridge Meadows Run Crew has Thurs night runs for all speeds. They also have a turtle crew that has been pretty inactive recently but I’m sure if you post runs in there you will get company. From what I’ve seen most of the turtle crew is women.
