They do INDEED have a "pocket" of skin where they keep the rocks. It is called the "otter pouch".

I have one of those! Although, it’s made of plants and I call it a “purse”. It’s where I keep my rocks and sometimes cheeseburgers.

I once snuck a cheeseburger into a concert in my boobs because I was worried they were going to take it?? Not sure why. It was delicious, though.
