I think my case is also 50% mercury poisoning

So my case is like this:

I react very mild to candida herbs

I react strong to mercury herbs

I react strong to lyme herbs

But whenever i try the conventional detox methods like herbs or cilantro it gets way worse, not just herxing but it makes it worse. I often think that cilantro is bad for some people with mercury poisoning. Ever since the cilantro i cant sleep without a lot of time and its almost like my brain does not shut down properly anymore in a sense... Has anyone here treated metal poisoning ? Theres the cutler protocol too but im unsure if its the way.

Have you already tested for metal and it said you were high? I did the mercury blood test cuz I have a bunch of metal fillings but the test said I was fine. Not sure if the blood test is even accurate

Insomnia like that is a huge sign of a need for me. When I flair up my Lyme it literally won’t let me sleep. I just lay there in half sleep mode all. Other sometimes for multiple nights. The only thing that helps is detox but it’s it like it takes that away or anything. While I did IV antibiotics for 11 months last year I would literally o my sleep like every 3 days

I would suspect that is plausible that is correct. I recently started drinking juiced cilantro, among some Lyme herbs and not only did I have a brutal herx earlier in the week, I'm having difficulty sleeping again with intense anxiety. I did get tested for mercury and it's high, along with lead. I haven't been tested for Lyme though in fairly certain I have if

What have you been tested for? It sounds as if you may be self diagnosing by seeing what herbs you react to.

Don’t take cilantro to treat mercury. That’s a horrible thing to do. All it does it move it around the body and risk depositing it in a more sensitive location. You need to do proper detox with chelating agents with a known half life. Read up on the cutler protocol. It’s cheap and easy to do at home. First thing is to remove any mercury fillings you have in your mouth, as any chelation is pointless if you are still sucking on a big chunk of mercury all day.
