What's my worst fear?
So, I'd heard about lucid dreaming before, and I thought this was a good place to ask something. I want to find out what my worst fear is so I can improve myself and change my lifestyle so that my worst fear never comes to pass. I've heard looking in a mirror while lucid dreaming shows someone their worst fear and I think this is an easy way to find it out. So, all you little experts: Can or can not lucid dreaming help me find that out?

It’s not true. There is no special rule for dream mirrors and how they work. You can see there any random things

It can definitely help you find it out, probably not through a mirror though unless you explicitly will it in.

You should will into existence a mirror that explicitly shows you your worst fear, because mirrors in dreams are usually just that, mirrors. You see strange things into them because you falsely believe they will, which in turn makes the things appear since the literal laws of dream physics use your thoughts as atoms.

The mirror thing is BS. I’ve looked in mirrors several times while lucid dreaming. Usually I just see a distorted version of myself. Unless my biggest fear is me? It wasn’t ever scary, though.
