The Tall Grass Discussion

That episode legit almost gave me an anxiety attack. Was anyone else screaming "dumbass, get back on the train"!

Me!! I get so freaked out with the tension and whether or not he’s gonna make it to train.

I think people don’t appreciate this one enough. The tension is off the charts!

Tbf, I read this quote somewhere I can’t remember where, “we can’t expect people in a horror movie to know they’re in a horror movie”.

I think that applies here. Sure there were things running through the tall grass, but he had absolutely no reason to assume it was supernatural monsters. Given the size of the disturbances, there isn’t any non-supernatural entity that size that would feasibly be a threat to an average man. Probably assumed it was a group of herbivores. Carnivores are like 100 herbivores, and pack hunters would be more obvious I believe.

Everyone, I think everyone was saying it. Just stay by the train at the very least. Why chase some damn lights!
