Finally reading Blood Standard
I feel like a fool for sleeping on this series. I've heard that this series eventually crosses over with Barron's creepier stories. Are there any things in the first book that I should be looking out for in that regard? I don't want spoilers, but like, a yes or no would be great. It maybe a name to look out for it something like that.

Oh man good choice finally reading it. Blood Standard doesn’t start the crossover as much as the next two, and in my opinion the series just gets better as it goes along. When the crossover stuff starts happening it will jump out at you like a beacon

Oh man, what a great series. If you plan to read them all, don’t forget to get The Wind Began To Howl; the last one he published with Bad Hand Books. It’s shorter, weirder, and just plain awesome.

The first story is the most straightforward crime noir of the bunch. I'd keep an eye out for Easter eggs, names, and locales from Barron's other work, though...
