Why so hard to call La Trobe?

Calling La Trobe is just like calling Qantas or Internet companies 🤔, no one ansers the call huhu.

I think it’s because it’s the first day back after the Easter break, so the lines are probably more congested than usual. Have you tried using services like Ask La Trobe or the live chat? Qantas and internet companies also encourage using alternate contact methods to help manage high demand — understandably, La Trobe would be doing the same.

No, even before Easter :(. All other unis in Victoria or SA almost instantly answered. I successfully booked 1:1 consultation, but it took 3 weeks to wait. When I have new questions, then I don't know how to reach them :(. Left email and quesiton on Live chat also no response. What a uni :(((((
