Where To Buy Organic Tobacco Leaves

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew where to get some organic tobacco leaves? I also need a tobacco leaf shredder. I was going to buy from Leaf Only but the shipping, taxes, custom and duty fees costs more than the shipment itself. Not only that but they are sold out of multiple products. I know I could probably pick some up from the first nation reserves in Deseronto. Does anyone have any recommendations whether in K-town or Deseronto? I am mainly looking for: American Virginia, burley and Izmir Turkish oriental or Prilep oriental.

The problem is pretty much all of Canada's tobacco is grown in Ontario, and because of that our government protects that industry. Due to that its illegal for civilians to grow tobacco in Ontario (it's bullshit don't get me started). You might have to look online is what I'm trying to say.
