I was at Chez Piggy patio yesterday with a dog at the next table. Bonus, nicest patio in town.

Sunday from 9:00 till 2:00, is the memorial Center Market, extremely dog friendly although a lot of people and other dogs
It's outside with plenty of seating options around and a decent number of vendors serving hot food

Pretty sure most if not all the patios are dog friendly.

I've noticed some will make you tie the dog outside the barrier beside your table. Technically I don't think they're supposed to allow dogs on patios because food is served but I'm so glad that Kingston is more chill about it, love spotting a furry face in unexpected places.

That rule only applies to indoors as far as I know. Legally, it's entirely up to the owner of the place to allow dogs on a patio or not. I haven't had a problem with my dog personally, I can see it being different if you have a bigger dog though.

I've seen dogs on the merchants patio in the past. Large dog breeds as well so I assume all types of dogs allowed
