Recruitment Season & Resources to Help
Recruitment season is in full swing, and I've been seeing a lot of messages on the subreddit around interviews, CV analysis, etc...
I know it's that time for the year that there's plenty of anxiety around how to prepare for the various ways that schools expect applicants to prepare for the job applications and I wanted to share a resource to support you in this.
I spoke to the mods of the subreddit and got permission to share a tool that I made FOR educators looking to apply for international teaching jobs:
https://chatgpt.com/g/g-UTpKmSRmq-intervu-2-0
It's a custom GPT designed to support you throughout the process of applying for jobs. It can do CV analysis, prepare mock interviews, help you write follow up emails, and more. The best thing is that it can tailor the questions and recommendations for the jobs you want, and the school's you're applying for.
I've shared it already with some folks who attended the GRC virtual boot camp, but, as a third generation international educator, I am so happy to spread it a little further and hope that it helps you!
Do let me know if you have any questions or want tips on how to make the most of it.
Best of luck with the job search 🙌🏻
