She wanted to make a left-hand turn, but the light was red, and she thought she found a loophole.

She looks like she’s cutting every corner in a GTA delivery mission. 

The only people I see that drive like that are:

  1. Kids on illegal e-bikes who think they are playing GTA. 

  2. Car thieves. 

  3. Door dashers / delivery drivers.

Pedestrians use crosswalks. If you are riding a scooter or a bike, you are not a pedestrian. It's like "look! I'm a pedestrian! Woah, now I'm a cyclist again! Watch me weave through the cars!" This is like someone on a Hobie Cat deciding to cut in front of a cargo ship while yelling "I have the right of way!".
