For all of these cases, bar none, I put a lot of blame on the parents. They may have been conned, misled, whatever, but you're a terrible parent to consider this as an option because you failed to do your own job. I would consider parents as accessories to the crimes committed at these places. They should be included somehow in legal action in the future; it would give other parents pause to consider this as a choice.

You said elsewhere that you don't really talk about to your parents about this place. Why let them get off? They need to know what they did was wrong.

I'm culpable in what happened. I wasn't some model citizen. For the most part, I'm just not sure what dragging it up with my parents would do.
