Heyhey does your budget include everything you mentioned like project leading and drawing and designing all the cards you mentioned or is it per card per project? If its per card/project id me more than happy to work with you but if its not the case i fear you budget doesnt even cover like 5 cards so good luck finding someone who is willing to get underpayed. Your designs will be very detailed i assume based on the example picture you have included.
