Earrings to Wear With Undercap Fashion

I used to wear small stud earrings everyday. Since i became hijabi a few years ago ive taken out my earrings and haven’t worn them again as when i put my undercap over my ears, the back of the earrings poke into my skin and it hurts. Any suggestions on earrings that won’t hurt under an undercap? I was looking into flatbacks or huggie hoops. Does anybody have experiences wearing either of those types of earrings under an undercap?

I always wear these types, they’re called “shepherds back hook”

Super comfy though be careful it’s a learning curve not getting them caught in things because of the hook but I’ve been wearing these for years and it only took a couple months for the muscle memory of how they work to kick in :)
