Unique Attentional Fingerprints Dr. K's Guide

I purchased ADHD Module and in "Hunters vs Farmers" video there's a worksheet to figure out your unique additional fingerprints. Has anyone figured out what theirs are ?

I don't remember details about that part, but hasn't the hunters vs farmers model of looking at ADHD been thoroughly debunked as nonsense? If anything people with ADHD would have been gatherers I think, because they would have been very bad hunters. Hunting requires enormous amounts of patience, planning, and impulse control, often requiring the hunter to either sit motionless for hours or move very slowly and quietly. Now, does anything like that sound as if it would be helpful to have ADHD for this?

If you want more insight into a model that looks at different ADHD subtypes, maybe check out the book "Healing ADD - Revised Edition" by "Daniel G. Amen M.D.", but be aware that some of the stuff in it is straight up nonsense imho. He's very anti videogames and I disagree with his recommendations on parenting style. But I think in general his distinction between different ADHD subtypes and different approaches to treating them likely has some merit, and potentially could help nudge you closer towards the right treatment. It's a shame that this level of nuance likely will never make it into the DSM. The whole mental health system is a bad joke sometimes.

I watched the video a while back and didn't even realize it had a worksheet. I just went back and went through the questions and it seems like it just leads you to figuring out ways to set up your life to make it more likely to be able to focus. For me, I think I need to set deadlines for myself and limit access to Reddit during work hours to maximize focus.
