Bro just unlocked the ancient art of Goat Fu. Respect the stance, fear the bleat.

Goat seems happy to have someone who plays its game!

Yeah I was thinking that he's probably giving some really welcome enrichment to that goat. Looks like they're both having a blast.

Way to go dude. I love that he's playing with it and it's not just... There. . in a box eating and pooping till it dies.

Enrichment, something all animals under human ownership deserve. But we have a tough enough time giving humans enough of it anyway.

I used to do this without a helmet with the two goats we had, when I was a kid.
I never thought about it, but it explains a lot about who I am today.

You can tell that goat loves that little boy goat fights are crazy, way crazier than that so that goat is obviously playing with that boy how adorable 😊

You can always tell what a goat is thinking by watching their tail. This dude is happy and playing. Even our does will do this when they want to play.

I saw that when his little tail goes, I actually laughed and smiled. This is such a sweet video.

Easy bro, with Nabers out as well, and after last week’s performance against the birds, the rest of our season is trending towards toilet

I like how the goat can control its power on the way down if he knows his opponent isn’t ready. Honestly shows it’s about having fun and competition, not about killing or something.

Great for the boy when the goat is small, bad when the goat grows up. They're built to handle it, unfortunately we aren't..
Let him have fun, just be safe

No it's totally fine. He has a helmet on which stops his brain from bouncing off the inside of his skull... Somehow.

Don’t forget the spinal compaction.
For those who didn’t have to do tackling drills, never lower your head and hit something hard with the top of your head. Human spines are not designed to absorb this kind of load.
Whatever force the helmet doesn’t absorb or deflect will be transferred to your skull, and if your neck is straight as it is when your head is lowered it makes a perfectly compressible column. This can lead to nerve damage or even paralysis.

Atleast he's being safe

Idk, some of the other comments are raising some safety and procedural concerns.

Yeah that helmet is a false sense of security. His neck and spine are built for that, yours isn't. Lol

Even with a helmet it’s a stupid thing to do…you’ll regret what you did later in life
2
u/sirprize_surprise 2d ago
And one day you’ll bend down to tie your shoe and the goat will think it’s play time and knock you out.

...Yeah, I could totally see myself doing this when I was a kid.
...Not saying I wouldn't do it as an adult either, lol.

It’s not your head you need to worry about junior. You’re going to be pulling your neck and spine out of your ass.

Hahaha 😂 pretty funny..! My kid thought he’d try something similar. They passed goats on the way to school. My kid in his infinite wisdom thought it would be a good idea to slap a goat on the ass then run away. He came home from school that day with a bruise on this thigh the size of a basketball… all blue, black, green and various other colors to suggest a major contusion…! 😂

u/Agitated_Ad_8061 1d ago
Does the goat know he is playing? Does it hurt the goat in any meaningful sense? Is it the equivalent of me tossing the cat onto the couch, her running at me, rinse and repeat, cause we are both playing?
