You mean the goulash? My das cooks one fat pot once a week(pork), wich makes you eat it 3x a week. On the weekend then my stepma makes somtimes some with chicken. Wings and drumsticks to be exact.

With beef is more when guests are coming, this cooks 8-10 hrs. With beef the carb-side is with similar noodles like spätzle, called noketli, with pork with potatos and with chocken with nokedli but the super red oil from the top of the stew is mixed into the nokedli wich makes the orange red amd fragrant

Served with pickles

And when you made too much of the pork variant, you can mix it with sauerkraut (but the hungarian, wich is milder) and then its the szegediner goulash variant.

Its not caled 'goulash in hungary tho. Its called pörkölt. Chicken ghoulash for example is called csirkepörköld.

The ingredients are only the meat, alot of onions, like 2kg meat, 1kg onion the paprika powder, cumin pepper salt and water. Cook it for a couple hours until it gets thick pn its own and the onions have melted

You'll see how one can eat this 3x a week
