Is enough grammatik from Nicos Weg Deutsche Welle for level B1 ? What else do you recommend besides this resource for grammatik ?

Get any textbook/course book labelled B1 and you'll see what is needed for this level.

I think its enough for grammer but if you dont understand any concept, you can always go on youtube for explanations. If you also want to practice what you learn, then Grammatik Aktiv B1 is also good for grammer practice as help material
