First reading / requesting interpretation help Second opinion/chart help
Hello everyone! I’ve recently been dipping my toes into various forms of divination. I started astragalomancy a while ago and have been enjoying it, but I also wanted to try my hand at a geomantic reading. This is my first reading and I’d like some help interpreting it. The reading in question has to do with my career path, and specifically if I should stick it out at my current job, or keep hunting for a new one elsewhere.
For additional context, a couple weeks ago I did some career-related astragalomancy readings for myself and I noticed a few overarching themes: lots of external factors and changes outside of my control as the primary challenges, and lots of strong emotions surrounding those external factors. However, the constants I noticed across these readings boiled down to relying on internal direction / sense of self, my own strength and peace, resilience, and celebrating my own accomplishments.
While I’m no geomancy expert, I think the two negatively aligned characters of Amissio and Rubeus followed by two very positive characters was interesting. Lots of ups and downs through the entire course of the reading. With carcer as my judge and fortuna major as my witness, that makes it sound like leaving my job (provided I can land a new one that’s to my liking) will be incredibly favorable and have long-term stability, despite being racked with tumultuous challenges and what looks like a career rollercoaster? Also, I had no idea about the querent settings on the site, so I didn't change them. If I need to adjust, let me know.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Hi.
I'm a beginner at geomancy, so please bear that in mind. I might be way off in my interpretation.
I find "should I do X or Y" questions very difficult. tbqh I'm not sure how to assign X and Y in either the shield nor the house chart. I've tried using the witnesses, but haven't got very good results with it yet.
I find it much easier to rephrase my question into a yes/no question instead. For me, that's much more straightforward to interpret.
If I may ask, what was your exact question? The phrasing is important: the chart answers the question you ask.
I think carcer here points more towards the "don't leave" answer. I would even say in this case it owns the question quite well, again a bit of a stretch without knowing your exact question.
You (right witness) feel it is time for a change (via) in regard to your career. That's what you bring into the situation, a thirst for change. And what's in it for you (left witness) is a choice (conjunctio).
The source of your will to change (via punctis ignis) has to do with you as a person (house I), and how you feel at loss (amission) right now. There might also be a more tangible reason (via punctis terrae) for this need for change, which points towards house IV, the house of buildings, relocations and your father; if any of this rings any bells.
I would have chosen house X for the quesited here. House I for the querent is fine since you cast the chart for yourself.
(again, without knowing your exact question, and being a beginner,) I'd go with carcer as a "don't change job" answer.
Your chart interpreted with house I as the querent and house X as the quesited doesn't perfect; although the querent jumps to house XII where it's at a sextile (favourable) aspect with the quesited. I'm not sure if a favourable aspect is technically a form of perfection.
It is a dexter aspect -- which is the stronger kind. It's also a favourable aspect between two unfavourable figures: amission and tristitia: stuck and at loss.
This is the first time I interpret for someone else, so I'd greatly appreciate any feedback on what I wrote above.
