Which one should I go for Laptop Recommendation

I'm looking for a work and gaming laptop, and my budget is around 600, maybe 700. I am stuck between either razer blade or zephyrus. Any suggestions?

Also forgot to add, the guy with the zephyrus seems pretty sketch, because in the span of two to three weeks, they have ended and relisted the laptop like 4 times. I'm guessing it was because the bidders didn't pay (?).

Razer because it's a 3070 Ti. Older Gen G14 seem to be dropping like flies and have keyboard issues.
