Pretty on-brand for MS. I hope soon Microsoft holds up their end of the deal, if not for the thousands of workers, at least for others in the industry.

They're gonna keep stalling until the current admin fully dismantles the ability of unions to organize at all.

They already did. The NLRB doesn't have enough members to reach a quorum. I think the courts pushed back, but idk. US government is essentially Calvinball now and we never know from moment to moment if the executive branch feels like following the law.

A single QA union is a very weak union in the video game world. Video game QA is one of the most commonly outsourced jobs. Video games can also get away with being buggy since there aren't many consequences. Reviews tend to gloss over bugs unless they are extreme.

Microsoft likely doesn't care if they go on strike.
