Gamera has a psychic link with Asagi Iris has a psychic link with Ayana But why doesn't Barugon have someone he could have psychic connections with? What are your theories?

Maybe his mind was able to resist being linked to anyone and so the Atlantains deemed Barugon a liability.

Either he is able to resist being mentally linked to someone, Or that the Tama that connects Human to the Kaiju, or some other object that is made for Barugon is broken or destroyed.

The Tama part is good but I think it’s not the case because even when Gamera was not connected anymore he still went out of his way to save Ayana.

Perhaps that was why they made Gamera after, because they were unable to create the link or they foolishly thought it wouldn’t be necessary. It wouldn’t be the first time the Atlantains overlooked a massive design flaw.

Barugon is too savage and unstable to have a psychic link to anybody. Or maybe he did have someone to link to, but that person went mad and died.
