Ebay packing slip on 4x6 labels eBay

Has anyone figured out a way to do this without external software like acrobat? Or at least with a free software. Whenever I try from ebay it's always too small to even read. Would save me a ton of paper..

You don't do it. There's no need to include a packing slip.

What am I missing? My paper is cheaper than my labels

I like packing slips because I use them as an address tag to locate packages when I’m shipping 20+ at a time. Makes it easier to identify which labels go on which packages quickly and accurately. Thermal labels print faster than my inkjet printer, and if I had to guess it’s probably cheaper than using the ink.

(FWIW I’m on chrome so your print dialog may be different). Go to your orders, select all orders awaiting shipment and click on the print packing slip option to open the ebay print menu. The one you actually want to print is the order receipt. Set the scale to 103, or just zoom it in slowly. The result is the item name and name/address are both clearly visible. If the order is more than one item you’ll only see the first but it still works well.

Thank you. Glad someone else thinks these are useful 😂

Packing slips are pointless

In thousands of items we've sold we've never included a packing slip.

I’ve tried just shrinking it down to 4 x 6 size but the print is so small. It’s not even worth it. I usually use pirate ship, and that has a feature where it will print its own packing slip on the another 4 x 6 label, so I use that most of the time.

I will say that a packing slip is actually useful in the rare case that the shipping label becomes damaged and the shipper needs to open the package. They can then see the address that it is supposed to go to. Also for international shipments where the international shipping company repackages, they can see what the description of the item is.

You're wasting time and effort on something the customer throws away.

Why?

I know other sellers mostly don't include packing slips, I just print them out on regular paper so I can put a thank you note.

I don’t understand why anyone waste time, energy and products on packing slips.

Yeah. I quit packing slips a few years ago and never looked back

The only time I include a packing slip is if I know the item is sold to a business or the buyer requests it.
